Nestable Boxes
Nestable boxes
Nestable containers are one of the simplest ways to reduce the volume of stackable plastic containers for the return transport.
In the filled state, the boxes can be transported in the stack. They are nested for the return transport, which means: interlocked. This is done either by the use of covers or stacking bars, or in the case of the rotary stacking container by simply rotating the box. This reduces the overall size of the containers and it fits significantly more empty containers into the truck.
The advantages of nestable containers at a glance:
- Due to the solid construction of the side walls without hinges or joints, the nestable boxes are very rigid.
- The volume reduction of up to 70%
